## Key Discussion Points

*   **YANG-SID Document Status Update:**
    *   A design team meeting was held last Thursday to discuss potential ways forward.
    *   **Item Status Field**: Discussion centered on additional information in the `item-status` field. The team decided to revert to a simpler state but added an `obsolete` status, suggested by Rob, to manage SID assignments no longer used in a module version.
    *   **Per-SID-File Status**: The group opted for an explicit `per-sid-file-status` to denote whether a SID file is "published" or "unpublished," rather than deriving it from `per-item-status` entries or reflecting it in a file extension (which raised tool issues). This allows for circulating proposals for stable SID files without them being considered definitively published.
    *   **Out of Scope Issues**: Issues 144 and 147, primarily concerning annotation support, were deemed beyond the scope of the current document and will be addressed in future work, potentially requiring new experimentation and tool building.
    *   **Next Steps**: Authors will prepare a `draft-ietf-core-sid-020` revision. This revision will incorporate outstanding tasks 139, 66, and 88, which are routine updates. A response will be drafted to Rob, asking him to review the -020 version, with subsequent versions (e.g., -021) to incorporate any further comments he may have. An updated version is expected within approximately two weeks.
*   **IANA Errata on CoAP:**
    *   The WG discussed a mail received from IANA regarding whether several approved CoAP-related errata reports should be linked in any of five IANA registries.

    *   Consensus was reached that no action is needed regarding linking these errata to IANA registries.
*   **Target Attribute Draft Update:**
    *   Marcus reported difficulties in submitting the updated Target Attribute draft (`draft-ietf-core-target-attr`) due to issues with the XML-to-RFC toolchain.
    *   Once successfully submitted, the draft is considered ready for Working Group Last Call (WGLC).
    *   It was proposed that the Target Attribute WGLC should be synchronized with the WGLC for the `draft-ietf-core-coap-ad-hoc` document.
    *   Jaime Jimenez will handle the coordination of both WGLCs.
*   **CoAP-PM Document Next Steps:**
    *   An agenda item for the next interim meeting (in two weeks) was planned.
    *   The intent is to provide a pedagogical overview of the building blocks and technologies used in the CoAP-PM document. This is aimed at helping CORE participants, who may be less familiar with IPPM technologies, better understand and evaluate the draft before considering working group adoption. Giuseppe (and other co-authors) will lead this presentation.
