The TOOLS working group discussed recent infrastructure deployments and ongoing projects. Progress on the new IAB website was reported, along with the onboarding of a new lead coordinator for the Yang Catalog project.

## Key Discussion Points

*   **DataTracker Deployments**:
    *   The Django 4 deployment last week required a rollback due to issues with the local memory cache.
    *   A subsequent deployment later last week successfully introduced Django 4 after addressing these issues.
    *   Another local memory cache issue was identified and resolved with the 11.1.0 deployment today, which also included new features.
    *   The Django 4 deployment is reported to be going very well overall.
*   **DNS Migration to Cloudflare**:
    *   The migration of domain registrations to Cloudflare is nearing completion, with ietf.org being the last remaining domain.
    *   DNS for ietf.org was shifted to Cloudflare yesterday.
    *   Edge cases related to certificates for certain domains (e.g., XML or c.tools.ietf.org) are being ironed out, particularly for those requiring more complex configurations.
    *   Participants experiencing issues with `xml2rfc.tools.ietf.org` links were encouraged to update them to `bib.ietf.org`.
    *   The full migration of ietf.org is expected to complete within 3-5 days.
*   **Wiki Archiving**:
    *   The plan to archive older wiki technologies before taking them offline is proceeding.
    *   Collaboration with the Internet Archive is planned to ensure the wikis are crawled and preserved.
*   **IAB Website Update**:
    *   The new IAB website instance is in its final phase, with user interface issues resolved.
    *   Deployment to production is anticipated for next week, followed by migration of data from the old website.
    *   A management command to migrate IAB minutes from the WordPress instance to DataTracker was deployed today and will be run shortly. Other artifacts (appeals, statements) are still in progress.
*   **IETF Trust Tools**:
    *   Work on the IETF Trust Tools is awaiting feedback from the Trust, which was raised on the list.
*   **Yang Catalog Project**:
    *   Joe Clark was welcomed as the new lead coordinator for the Yang Catalog project.
    *   Joe Clark, a long-time user and maintainer of XML RFC for the FreeBSD project, provided an update.
    *   A minor, mostly internal release to the module compilation backend was noted, focusing on improvements and testing. There were no changes to the front end.

## Decisions and Action Items

*   **Decision**: Proceed with archiving older wiki technologies by working with the Internet Archive to crawl content before taking wikis offline.
*   **Action Item**: Chair to coordinate with Alexis to seed the Internet Archive with appropriate entry URLs for wiki crawling.
