## Summary

The CELLAR Working Group met to discuss the status of documents in the RFC Editor queue and plan for future work. The main focus was on the upcoming O-48 review for Matroska and FLAC.     *   It was mentioned that a Google Summer of Code student for VLC might work on `chapters` during the summer.
    *   There was a general sentiment to potentially take a break from new work until after the Matroska and FLAC documents are finalized, possibly regrouping after the summer.

    *   The scheduled meeting on April 23rd was discussed.
